Abstract

A dual-frequency 1064 nm laser pumped an OPO. 2.2 W RF intensity modulated light was obtained at 3.1-3.8 μm. The modulation frequency was 140 MHz-160 MHz. Higher order harmonic was observed in the mid-IR modulation spectra.
