Power scaling of few-cycle PPLN-based mid-IR OPCPA

Abstract

We present a mid-infrared (mid-IR) optical parametric chirped-pulse amplifier (OPCPA) generating 15 fs pulses centered at 2.1 µm with an average power of 22 W and peak power of 13 GW at repetition rate of 100 kHz.
