Dynamics of Nanoscale Light Emitters

Abstract

We discuss nanoscale metal-dielectric-semiconductor resonant gain geometries to create a new type of light emitters focusing on three key aspects: second order intensity correlation characterizations, direct modulation and electromagnetic isolation in a dual nanolaser system.
