FWHM > 120 nm, 6 mJ, CEP-Stable Ti:Sapphire Multipass Amplifier

Abstract

By compensating the gain-narrowing process, we achieved 6 mJ pulses with >130 nm full bandwidth at 1 kHz in a multipass amplifier. Out-of-loop CEP noise measurement of such a broadband configuration yielded <160 mrad.
