Single-Stage Ti:sapphire-Pumped Deep-Infrared Femtosecond Optical Parametric Oscillator based on CdSiP2

Abstract

We report the first deep-infrared femtosecond OPO based on CdSiP2 synchronously-pumped directly by a KLM Ti:sapphire laser, tunable across 7508–8210 nm, and generating as much as 12 mW at 7508 nm in good beam-quality.
