Defect similitude in LYSB and YAB crystals and ONL characterization

Abstract

LYSB and YAB are huntite type borate crystals growing in trigonal structure. Optical and electronic microscopy reveal a similar fine twins structure which diffract the light like a grating. Non linear optical characterizations are performed.
