Abstract

A continuous-wave 37 mW Pr:YAlO₃ laser operation at 547 nm wavelength is reported. Microchip resonator geometry in connection with 1-W GaN laser-diode pumped cryogenically cooled active-medium was employed to reach the green laser emission.
