Broadband Tuning of a Femtosecond Neodymium Fiber Laser

Abstract

Continuous tuning of a carrier-type mode-locked Nd3+ fiber laser over 75 nm is reported. The pulse duration achieved is 300-400 femtoseconds over the entire tuning range.
