A new non linear oxoborate crystal, characterized by using femtosecond broadband pulses

Abstract

We use a femtosecond parametric generator to study the non-linear properties of a new oxoborate compound. This crystal exhibits very favorable figures and can be grown from the melt in very large dimensions.
