Hydrogen Chloride Ultra-high Sensitive Detection based on Quartz-enhanced Photoacoustic Spectroscopy

Abstract

An ultra-high sensitive QEPAS based HCl sensor was demonstrated. The MDL of 550 ppb was achieved with 1 sec data acquisition time. The ppb-level detection sensitivity makes it suitable for environmental monitoring and other applications.
