Conductivity Measurements of TiO2 Nanowires via Terahertz Time-Domain Spectroscopy

Abstract

We demonstrate the complex conductivity of TiO2 nanowires using terahertz time-domain spectroscopy. The influences of annealing atmosphere to terahertz properties of TiO2 nanowires are investigated by fitting the experimental data with the Drude-Smith model.
