Development of Laser Spectroscopic Approaches for Plasma Diagnosis

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Recently laser-based approaches (LIF, CRDS, TS, LIBS) have been developed for in-situ characterization of plasma temperature, plasma density, number density of reactive species in the complex plasmas in my group of Dalian Univ. of Technology.
