A fiber optic cholesterol biosensor based on magnetic immobilized cholesterol oxidase

Abstract

A fiber optical cholesterol sensor based on magnetic immobilized cholesterol oxidase was developed and the optimal detection conditions were obtained. The sensor has the detection range of 25-250 mg/dL and good repeatability, selectivity and stability.
