Simultaneous Measurement of Temperature and Humidity Based on Integrative Sensor of Fiber Bragg Grating and multilayer Fraby-Perot interferometer

Abstract

Temperature and humidity measurement system based on Fabry-Perot interferometer and fiber Bragg grating is proposed. Experimentally results show the average humidity and temperature sensitivity of the integrative sensor are 0.57 nm/%RH and 10 pm/°C.
