Multi-layer Graphene Diaphragm-based Fabry-Perot Interferometer for Acoustic Detection with Long Term Stability

Abstract

Graphene diaphragm-based Fabry-Perot interferometer acoustic sensor with a feedback control to achieve long term stable operation is reported. The long term stability test shows that the system can work over 12 hours without obvious reduction of detection sensitivity.
