Hybrid-Cavity Fabry-Perot Interferometer for Simultaneous Relative Humidity and Temperature Measurement

Abstract

A novel hybrid-cavity Fabry-Perot interferometer based on four-hole suspended-core fiber and optical adhesive is theoretically and experimentally demonstrated for simultaneous RH and temperature measurement, by using the fast Fourier transform with the phase tracking method.
