Abstract

HOLONS, a new research facility combining a set-up for HOLOgraphy and Neutron Scattering experiments has been realised at the Geesthacht Neutron Facility (GeNF) and permits to study the kinetics of light-induced processes in the glass state. At room temperature extremely slow non-linear processes with time constants of several days are observed by light and neutron diffraction.
