Full three-dimensional aberration-free super-resolution imaging through thick multicellular tissue

Abstract

We demonstrate a full three-dimensional aberration-free super-resolution imaging through thick multicellular tissue by combining three-dimensional structured illumination microscopy and sensorless adaptive optics, demonstrating a reliable solution for three-dimensional super-resolution imaging in vivo with improved fidelity.
