Abstract
Light Sheet Microscopy has become a popular imaging method for biological research, especially for imaging thick tissue specimens and model organisms. Here, we describe our implementation of adaptive optics with light sheet microscopy and show correction over a hundred microns deep into zebrafish and fruit flies.
