X-ray Beam Shaping Using Active Mirrors at Diamond Light Source

Abstract

The Diamond Light Source synchrotron uses active bimorph mirrors to vary X-ray beam size from <0.6 μm to tens of μm. State-of-the-art in situ and ex situ metrology techniques are being applied.
