Depth Resolved Aberration Correction with Wavefront Sensorless Adaptive Optics Optical Coherence Tomography

Abstract

We present depth resolved aberration correction by combining wavefront sensorless adaptive optics (WSAO) with optical coherence tomography (OCT). GPU accelerated processing enables real-time OCT volume reconstruction as an image quality metric for WSAO optimization.
