Contrast optimization in full-field optical coherence microscopy

Abstract

We demonstrated recently a system enabling one to acquire a head-on (X-Y) OCT image in parallel on a CCD camera without scanning. We summarize the principle of the detection and we address some experimental issues influencing the contrast of the images in this arrangement.
