Reflective low-side-band color filters by bilayer metallic nanowire gratings on silicon substrates

Abstract

A bilayer metallic nanowire gratings on silicon substrates were fabricated by nano-imprinting and E-beam evaporator. With lateral surface plasmon resonance, there is single low-side-band peak for TM reflection, while most of the TE light is reflected.
