Properties of Cu doped Cd1-xZnxTe Films Deposited by Magnetron Sputtering

Abstract

A series of Cu doped Cd1-xZnxTe thin films have been deposited on quartz substrates by magnetron co-sputtering and their properties have been investigated. The results demonstrate that copper is an effective dopant for Cd1-xZnxTe films.
