High Efficiency and Compact Lasers for Laser Projection Display

Abstract

Efficient and compact green lasers with intracavity frequency doubling were developed. Over 52% optical-optical efficiency with 1.3W output power was obtained, and the lifetime was over 10000 hours. Compact digital laser powers were also developed.
