A Novel Upstream Link Scheme for OOFDM-PON

Abstract

We propose an efficient OOFDM-PON scheme: orthogonal subcarrier multiplexing at the ONU with colorless laser diode, and all-optical FFT at the OLT for high speed demultiplexing. The deterioration caused by laser perturbation is also investigated.
