Electrical Lasing in GaAs Quantum Dots Grown by Droplet Epitaxy

Abstract

We have demonstrated electrically injected lasing in GaAs quantum dot grown by droplet epitaxy. High-quality QDs with superior uniformity were produced by employing improved growth procedures.
