Use quotation marks " " around specific phrases where you want the entire phrase only.
For best results, use the separate Authors field to search for author names.

Abstract

We report on the development of a tool for intraoperative cancer margin assessment using an optical fiber sensor that examines the pH of the tissue surface, and can discriminate between healthy and cancerous tissue.
