Surface Plasmon Resonance Biosensor for Food Safety: Rapid Detections of Coumaphos and Clenbuterol

Abstract

In this paper, a self-constructed portable SPR biosensor system for food safety is introduced. The rapid detection method can be used to detect harmful substances in food. The method is verified by taking coumaphos and clenbuterol as examples.
