Performance Comparison of Probabilistic Shaping SVDD System and Classic SVDD System

Abstract

We compare the performance of PS-SVDD system and classic SVDD system for the first time. Simulation results show that PS-SVDD 16/64QAM systems gain 0.42/0.70dB OSNR improvements, respectively, and achieve higher MI than classic SVDD system.
