A Q-Learning-Based Power Allocation Method for Two-Tier Heterogeneous Networks

Abstract

A novel Q-learning-based power allocation method is proposed for two-tier heterogeneous networks (HetNets). Numerical results show that this method can balance the capacity, the quality of service (QoS) of users, fairness and power consumption.
