Increasing the power of dissipative Kerr soliton microcomb by bus-resonator coupling control

Abstract

We demonstrate output power enhancement of dissipative Kerr soliton microcomb by reducing the bus-resonator gap and equivalently increasing the coupling efficiency of the microcavity, providing a straightforward way to realize high efficiency Kerr comb generation.
