Digital Coherent Quantum Noise Stream Cipher over 300km Span Fiber without Intermediate Amplifier

Abstract

This paper first reports a digital coherent quantum noise stream cipher experiment over 300km fiber without intermediate amplifiers. Results show the system can carry 10.2Tbit/s⸱km data, which is historical high in the digital coherent context.
