Enhanced emission and second harmonic generation from WS2 by using dielectric circular Bragg resonators

Abstract

We demonstrate a two-dimensional monolayer WS2 efficiently coupled to a dielectric circular Bragg resonator (CBR). The coupling of the WS2 and CBR leads to the pronounced enhancements in both photoluminescence and second harmonic generation.
