HR-AR-coated DFB Laser Array with High Wavelength Uniformity

Abstract

We proposed an 8-wavelength HR-AR-coated DFB laser array with uniform wavelength spacing of 0.8 nm. By injecting different currents into the two-section structure, random facet phase is compensated and lasing wavelength can be finely tuned.
