Abstract

All-optical clock recovery in a single micro-ring resonator is thoughtfully investigated enabling wavelength-division multiplexing return-to-zero signals operation. High-quality optical clock with the timing jitter of less than 0.027UI is directly extracted from the incoming signals. © 2019 The Author(s)
