Abstract

A waveguide-based non-reciprocal polarization converter, consisting of two asymmetric waveguides and a rectangular waveguide coated with Ce: YIG layer, is proposed. The polarization extinction ratio is 28.2 dB in forward direction and -19.0 dB in backward direction.
