Free-Space Transmission of Low-noise Supercontinuum Based Partially Coherent Wide-Spectral Carriers

Abstract

We demonstrate a free-space transmission system with low-noise supercontinuum based partially coherent wide-spectral carriers. Low-noise supercontinuum is achieved by ASE seeding and the transmission experiments shows the carriers are of turbulence resistance and high SNR.
