200-Gb/s PAM4 Transmission over 80km SSMF with Kramers-Kronig Receiver

Abstract

Using a single intensity-modulated MZM, a single DAC and a single PD, we demonstrate 200-Gb/s PAM4 over 80km SSMF based on Kramers-Kronig receiver. Maximum capabilities up to 260-Gb/s is also demonstrated for back-to-back transmission.
