Abstract

We propose a security-enhanced chaos communication system with non-standard optical time lens based on synchronization. By selecting proper injection strength, two lasers can work in synchronized state. The non-standard optical time lens works as spectrum expansion(SE) module is composed of two dispersion mediums and one phase modulator. The numerical results demonstrate that the efficient bandwidth can be expanded up to several tens of GHz. Moreover, by comparing bit error rate(BER) and Q-factor of illegal interception with legal receiver’s, it is indicated that information can only be successfully obtained by legal way.
