The Graphene-based Ring Resonator

Abstract

It is demonstrated a ring resonator optical modulator based on graphene-silicon-waveguide. By applying bias voltage on the graphene, the resonance wavelength will be varied accordingly, providing an easy way to achieve light modulation.
