Generations of multiple orbital angular momentum modes in 2D nonlinear photonic crystal

Abstract

We experimentally generate multiple orbital angular momentum (OAM) modes with different color in 2D nonlinear photonic crystal. The process is achieved by the cascaded third-harmonic generation using the non-collinear quasi-phase-matching technique.
