A Phase-Tunable Microwave Phonic Downconverter Based on Double-Sideband Modulation of Radio Frequency Signal and Local Oscillator Signal

Abstract

A phase-tunable microwave photonic downconverter based on microwave signals double-sideband modulation is proposed and simulated. A 16 GHz radio frequency signal is down converted to 6 GHz and 0°–360° phase shift is simultaneously realized.
