Real Time Transmission Technology of 610Mbps Visible Light Communication Utilizing Phosphor-based LED

Abstract

The date rate of 610Mbps is experimentally achieved by 1 watt phosphor-based LED over 6.2 m with the average bit error rate of 2.0e-5. A 100Mbps optical internet access demo system without blue filter over 3 m distance is also demonstrated.
