A Dual-Condition Handover Solution in High-Speed Railway Communication Networks

Abstract

We introduce a dual condition handover scheme to determine the handover point of dual antenna high-speed trains, and propose a handover postponement scheme for the back antenna to reduce the impact of handover delay.
