A Low Insertion Loss and Non-Blocking Optical Router for 3D Optical Network-on-Chip (Invited Paper)

Abstract

In this paper, we proposed a novel 6×6 non-blocking optical router structure for 3D ONoCs. Simulation results demonstrate our structure performs well in terms of reducing insertion loss, floorplan area and improving the network scalability.
