Deformed Microsquare Resonators for Dual-Transverse-Mode Lasing with Specified Wavelength Intervals

Abstract

A deformed microsquare resonator is proposed and numerically investigated for realizing dual-transverse-mode lasing. A wide wavelength interval range from 0.06 nm to 2.40 nm is obtained by varying the deformation amplitude.
