Linear polarization detection of Type II InAs/GaSb superlattice infrared photodetectors

Abstract

We have studied a 1D subwavelength gold grating (1D-SGG) integrated type-II superlattice (T2SL) device to demonstrate the discriminability of 1D-SGG for linear polarization. The device responses were simulated and measured for normally incident polarized light.
