Abstract

We present a label-free and sensitivity-improved fiber tapered biosensor based on mesoporous Ag@SiO2 nanospheres, which is amplified by gold nanoparticle. And the special silica based nano-film improves DNA concentration sensitivity reaching to 1.388 nm/log M with good linearity.
