Measuring three-dimensional refractive index maps of injection-molded plastic lenses using optical diffraction tomography

Abstract

We present a novel technique to measure 3-D internal structures of optical plastic lenses. Using optical diffraction tomography with sample rotation, 3-D refractive index distribution of plastic lenses is reconstructed with high spatial resolution.
